To share the portal link with your customers, you have two options:

Using the Built-in Follow-ups

When setting up your campaign, you can create an email sequence that will automatically be sent to your customers every time you create a new request. For example, you can send an email when the request is created and schedule follow-ups a few days later if they haven’t submitted the portal.

Customize your message sequence

These emails include a unique link to the portal. This way, your customers can easily access their requests without having to manually search for them.

Sharing the URL Manually

If you prefer to share the URL manually, you can do so by following these steps:

Navigate to the request you want to share.
Locate the icon near the request name.
Click on the "Share" button.
In the new modal that appears, you will see the different recipients of this request and you will be able to copy the portal link for each one.

Q: How do I change my password?

You can change your password by going to your <a href="https://app.usecollect.com/settings/profile">Profile</a>. We will be very sad to see you go, but you can of course delete your account.

Yes! You can do that in the Plan and billing section of your settings. Simply scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the "Close this account" link.

To avoid any accidental deletion, you will be prompted to type "deletemyaccount" to confirm that you want to delete your account (1), then press the button "Yes, delete it!" (2).

This option is only available for team admins.

Please note: Destroying an account will cause the loss of all data and files associated with it. This action can't be undone.

How do I upgrade / downgrade?

How to subscribe?

You may upgrade directly in your account. Just click on the Upgrade link in the menu located in the top right corner. If you are in the settings menu, click on the Plan and billing link.

Select your billing cycle and your plan. Customers billed annually enjoy a discounted rate (two months free), but if you prefer, you can choose to be billed monthly.

You will then be prompted to fill in your business details and a payment method.

If you are a European customer, make sure to add your VAT Registration # so that the respective VAT will be added or removed if applicable.

Once payment is processed, your plan will be immediately activated.

Yes, you can send the same request to multiple contacts.

How to set up "multiple contributors" in your campaign?

To send a request to multiple contacts, activate the option in the "settings" of the campaign.

Go to "Request settings" section and click on "Collaborative Request".

In the options of this feature, you will see two parameters:

Emails: Personalize the email that will be sent to new contributors of the request when they are added after the creation of the request. If they are added to the request when it is created, they will receive the same communication as the main contact.
CC emails: If you select this option, the main contact and contributors will receive the exact same email. The main contact will be the recipient and the contributors will be CCed. By selecting this option, all your contacts will receive the exact same link and you won't be able to know who has done what on the portal.
