How to create your first campaign?
Once you have received the first document of a request, you will see a new button appear on your request page “Download all”.
You can customize the name of the zip file that can be download from the request page.

To send a request to multiple contacts, activate the option in the “configuration” step of the campaign setup.

For premium plans, we don’t limit the number of requests that you can send from. However, we are applying a “fair usage policy”.
When approaching your limit, we will send you an email to invite you to upgrade your plan.
