A request is what you send to your clients to request documents and information.
We count one request, no matter how many documents or information you are requesting from your client.
If you are sending requests to multiple clients, it will be counted as the number of clients.
If you opt to share access to the portal using a link. We count one request every time a contact starts to fill the form.
If you decide to request the same clients multiple time using the same campaign, it will be counted multiple times.
