How to use Docusign templates in Collect?

If you want your recipients to use the same document, you can use DocuSign templates in Collect. When you add an e-signature to your campaign (or to a specific request), you will be prompted to select a template. Choose the desired template from the list.

If your template has pre-filled tabs or signer tabs, you can see the list of tabs in the advanced settings. For each tab, you can provide a value. It can be a fixed value, or you can use Collect’s variables to include variables specific to each request (for example: {contact_first_name} will be replaced with the first name of your main contact).

Pre-filled tabs are text blocks that cannot be edited before signature. They are very useful for filling out documents or PDF forms. Signer tabs are also text blocks, but they can be manually modified by your recipient before being signed.
