# How to customize the name of the zip file?

# How to customize the Name of the ZIP File

You can customize the name of the ZIP file that can be downloaded from the request page.

By default, your ZIP file will be named using the recipient's name.

If you want to name it differently:

* Go to the **campaign** you want to customize.
* Click on **Settings** just below the campaign name.
* Scroll to the **Export** section and find the **Zip Export** card.
* In the list, click on **Customize the ZIP file name when downloading the documents**.
* A new field appears where you can customize the name of the ZIP file.
* You can use a static file name (e.g., **My Archive**) or a dynamic file name (e.g., **Elon Musk Files**). We automatically add the **.zip** at the end of the file, so you don't need to specify it.

To have a dynamic file name, you need to use **variables** in the name. Variables are always between simple curly braces `{my_variable}`.

You can use the following variables to name your ZIP files:

* `{user_first_name}`: first name of the user
* `{user_last_name}`: last name of the user
* `{user_company}`: name of your company
* `{contact_first_name}`: first name of your contact
* `{contact_last_name}`: last name of your contact
* `{contact_email}`: email of your contact
* `{contact_company}`: company name of your contact

You can also use custom variables using `{custom_variable_name}`.

Once your ZIP name is customized, don't forget to also customize the name of the documents.
