# How to download a zip file with all the uploaded files?

Once your recipient has uploaded at least one document, a new **Download all** button will appear on the request page.

### How It Works

* Click the **Download all** button to generate a **ZIP file** containing **all documents uploaded** for that request.

* Alternatively, you can access this option via the **Action menu** (⋯) on the top-right of the request.

### What’s Inside the ZIP File?

* By default, the ZIP file will be named after the **recipient's full name**.
    
* Inside the archive, you’ll find a **folder for each requested document**.
    
* Each folder contains the **uploaded files** corresponding to that document.

This is especially useful when sharing documents internally or saving them to a client folder structure.
