# How to Validate the Data and Documents in HubSpot

When your client makes changes on their portal and submits them for validation, the status of your request will be updated in HubSpot to "To be reviewed."

1. A new activity will also appear in the activity feed.

To validate the data and the documents, click on the "actions" link of the card and "View details."

In this new window, you will be able to see all the responses to the forms displayed on your portal and all the documents that have been uploaded. For each "element," click on the status dropdown to accept or reject the element. If you decide to reject an element, you will be able to specify the reason for the rejection.
