What type of plan do I need to use the DocuSign <> Collect integration?
To use the DocuSign integration in Collect, you’ll need the appropriate plan on both the Collect and DocuSign sides.
All Collect plans — Pro and Business — include access to the DocuSign integration. There’s no need to upgrade or enable anything extra if you’re already on one of these plans.
To send documents for e-signature through Collect, you’ll need an active DocuSign account with available envelope credits. Each e-signature request sent via Collect is counted as an envelope in DocuSign, following their standard billing model.
Before you get started, make sure your DocuSign account:
Is active and supports integrations
Includes enough envelope credits for your expected usage
