Where can I find my receipts/invoices?

To find your receipts, go to the Plan and billing page.

At the bottom of this page, you will find a "Past invoice" section with all your invoices.


In the billing details, you can specify a billing email to receive invoices directly at that address. This can be any valid email — it doesn't need to belong to a Collect user. It's a great way to ensure your finance or accounting team gets the invoices automatically, without needing access to the platform.
