Once you have received the first document of a request, you will see a new button appear on your request page “Download all”. When you click on this button, you will download a zip file that contains all the documents that have been uploaded for this request.
By default, the zip file will be named using the full name of your recipient.
In the archive, you will find different folders named after the requested docs name. And in each folder, the uploaded files.
You can optionally customize the name of the zip file and the uploaded documents.
