What are notes and how to add a note to a request?

Notes are internal-only comments that can be added to any request inside a campaign. They’re ideal for keeping track of internal feedback, sharing context with teammates, or leaving reminders for yourself — all without exposing anything to your clients.

What are notes used for

Notes help you:
Record observations while reviewing a request
Flag issues or action items for your team
Document decisions for future reference
Keep internal communication organized

Important: Notes are not visible to clients. They’re for internal use only and visible to any teammate with access to the campaign.

How to add a note to a request

To add a note:
Open your campaign and select the request you want to work on.
Click the Actions button (top right of the request panel).
Choose Add note from the dropdown menu.
A dialog box will appear with a rich text editor.

Use the editor to write and format your note. You can:
Add bold or italic text
Create bullet points or numbered lists
Insert links
Use headings to organize longer notes

Once you're done, click Save note to attach it to the request.

Viewing and managing notes

After saving, the note will appear in the Notes tab within the request panel.

From this tab, you can:
View all notes added to the request
Edit or delete any note using the action buttons next to each one

Notes are shared across your team, so anyone with access to the campaign can see and update them.

Using notes ensures your team stays aligned — with important context stored directly where it’s needed.
